Women’s Dance & Movement

At the heart of Anu’s teaching is an invitation to explore, express, and connect. This class celebrates the strength in our stories and the joy of movement and dance.

Together, we are committed to breaking down barriers, building community, and creating safe spaces where we can connect, reclaim movement and get to know one another through dance.

This all-women’s dance and movement session includes guided movement that may integrate yoga, Pilates, or MNB to warm up, followed by a dance phrase and technique work. The class includes a blend of floor and standing practice and is designed to feel welcoming and less intimidating, creating a supportive space for women to share movement culture together.
