Muscle & Bone Training

Muscle & Bone Training is an energising 60-minute movement class designed to support strength, stamina, flexibility and confidence in everyday movement.

Using low-impact exercises suitable for all fitness levels, participants are supported to build mobility, develop lean muscle and enhance functional strength for daily life.

The class works with major muscle groups and joints to support balance, posture and coordination, while encouraging greater awareness of alignment and how the body moves through space.

Alongside structured exercises, creative movement elements keep sessions engaging and enjoyable.

Held in a welcoming, motivating group environment, this class is ideal for those wanting to move safely, support injury prevention or recovery from minor aches, and leave feeling stronger, energised and more at ease in their body.

Aleasha Seaward is a professional dancer, tutor, and choreographer with a Bachelor of Dance Performance from the Adelaide College of the Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance. Over 14 years, she has worked with nationally recognised artists and companies, and directed a full-time contemporary dance programme, helping students gain entry into top training schools. Aleasha loves teaching all kinds of people, with a special passion for inclusive and divers-ability dance. She inspires confidence, creativity, and connection in every class, sharing her expertise through contemporary, advanced, and inclusive dance courses.
