Movement for Mature Dancers (40+)

This welcoming class for adults 40+ is anchored in contemporary dance while gently drawing on other movement styles. Designed to be both fun and informative, it offers a supportive space for those returning to dance after many years as well as those stepping into a class for the very first time.

Participants will learn movement phrases, explore creativity and enjoy light floor work at a comfortable pace. While strength and flexibility naturally develop, the heart of this class is wellbeing, connection and the shared joy of moving together.
