Classes focus on easing common postnatal aches while gently rebuilding strength and confidence. Babies are welcome to lie, wriggle, watch, and join in, moving at their own pace alongside their caregiver.
Sessions include:
• Gentle core, pelvic floor, and postural exercises
• Slow stretches for shoulders, hips, and backs
• Baby-inclusive circus play using scarves and soft props
• Simple balance and coordination activities
