This class introduces young people to the basics of acrobatics and tumbling in a fun, supportive environment.
Each session includes strengthening and stretching to build coordination, body awareness, and safe movement skills.
Classes are fully guided with options for different abilities.
Beginners will learn rolling, balancing, cartwheels, and basic handstands, while more confident movers can progress to linking skills, walkovers, bridges, and more dynamic tumbling as they’re ready.
The focus is on safe technique, confidence, and enjoyment, helping kids move, play, and grow at their own pace.
