Intermediate Aerial Silks (17+)

This intermediate-level class is designed for students looking to deepen their aerial practice — not just by learning new tricks, but by exploring how to move with intention, creativity, and flow.

Each term will unfold around a unique theme designed to spark curiosity and deepen your connection to the fabric, your body, and your artistry. Expect classes that are technical and dynamic, blending strength, flow and creative exploration.

Together, we’ll refine technique, build sequences, and experiment with creative transitions.

This aerial silks class is co-taught by instructors Vale and Kate, who value and inspire each other’s practice while sharing a passion for thoughtful, expressive movement.
