Improvisation for Curious Bodies

Step into a laboratory where choreography unfolds through relationships, curiosity and play.

Improvisation for Curious Bodies invites you to discover the joy and creativity of improvisation. Moving beyond fixed steps and predefined forms, explore how dance can emerge in the spaces between bodies, objects, contexts and time.

Through guided prompts, games and gentle explorations, participants are supported to move in response to the moment, their impulses and one another. The class encourages curiosity and play, helping you build awareness, responsiveness and trust in your own movement.

You’ll grow confidence, expressiveness, and a deeper connection to your body and others, while learning tools to make movement feel intuitive and personal. Open to all levels, this course offers a welcoming space to explore creativity, imagination and the joy of moving together.
