Kate has trained in circus arts for over 15 years and is a multidisciplinary aerialist with deep experience in aerial silks, lyra, and trapeze, alongside exploring ground‑based movement. With a holistic, body‑centred approach, she is passionate about safe, sustainable training that builds lasting strength, mobility, and body awareness – helping students gain confidence and flexibility both in and out of the air.
