Learn the fundamentals of Cyr wheel movement and control in this beginner-friendly class.

Sessions focus on basic wheel handling, flow, and momentum, both inside and outside the wheel.

You’ll cover essential safety and setup, including grip, alignment, and how to fall safely, before exploring entries and exits, generating and controlling momentum, and bringing the wheel to a safe stop.

Techniques for centre spins, cartwheels, and Penny moves are introduced with an emphasis on smooth, controlled movement.

Some general movement or fitness experience is helpful, but not essential.
