Creative Circus Stretch for Every Body (16+)

Join us for this open-level flexibility class, designed to help you move more freely, care for your joints, and feel good in your body.

Each session blends active and relaxed stretching, with options offered for all bodies and experience levels – whether you’re new to stretching or looking to deepen your flexibility over time.

You’ll be supported to work at your own pace, with guidance for general mobility as well as optional focus areas such as back-bending. This class is a great complement to aerial or acrobatics training, and just as valuable on its own as a way to support overall movement, recovery and wellbeing.

No experience needed – come as you are.

Tyla Boyce

Tyla began exploring aerial arts in 2016, inspired by contortion and aerial silks. With a gymnastics background, she quickly advanced and has since explored many disciplines, including adagio, hula hoops, and a variety of aerial apparatuses. Her main focuses are lyra and aerial hammock, though she also enjoys sharing her skills on specialty apparatuses such as the aerial crescent. Tyla creates supportive, engaging classes where students of all abilities can build strength, confidence, and creativity, discovering the joy of aerial movement in a fun and inclusive environment.
