Contact Improvisation

Contact Improvisation is a dynamic, partner-based practice that blends functional movement, strength-building and mindful body awareness.

Participants explore balance, shared weight and fluid movement pathways that naturally develop core strength, flexibility and coordination.

Accessible to all fitness and experience levels, Contact Improvisation offers a full-body workout without the pressure of choreography or formal dance skills.

Beyond the physical benefits, it nurtures mental wellbeing, encourages playful exploration and fosters a welcoming, connected community of movers.
