Circus Stretch & Strength for Every Body

This class explores circus-inspired conditioning, welcoming both circus artists and anyone curious about circus movement. Sessions focus on building strength, coordination and body awareness through floor-based exercises and selected circus apparatus.

Designed as a supportive and engaging space, participants are encouraged to challenge themselves safely, explore new ways of moving and enjoy the playful, empowering nature of circus practice.
