A rejuvenating 45-minute movement session blending Dance, Qigong, and Shakti Naam. This gentle yet energising class offers flowing sequences, soft stretches, and a balance of guided and free exploration to awaken the body, support the lymphatic system, and nourish connective tissue.

Designed as a restorative lunchtime reset, the session helps participants reconnect to ease, vitality, and flow. Suitable for all ages, including seniors, with no prior experience required. Participants are invited to come as they are and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and revitalised.

Morag Brownlie

Morag is a multidisciplinary artist, choreographer and filmmaker working across contemporary dance, film, performance art and costume. A graduate of Unitec’s Diploma in Contemporary Dance and Choreography, she has also trained at Puawai Polynesian Performing Arts and Bagamoyo Art College in Tanzania, with further study in Film, Art History and Biology. Morag has performed with Quantum Leap and Mind Your Head Dance Companies and created numerous multimedia dance-theatre works. Former Artistic Director and Choreographer for World of WearableArt (WOW), she has extensive experience teaching contemporary, African and video dance, bringing curiosity, innovation and cultural depth to her practice.
