Capoeira Angola for Beginners

Capoeira Angola is an Afro-Brazilian art form that brings together movement, music, and dance, and is celebrated worldwide for its fluidity, rhythm, and strong communal spirit. This class is open to all levels of physical ability and offers a fun, supportive space to learn together.

Classes begin with a gentle warm-up and include basic movements, partner exercises and simple acrobatics, alongside conditioning to support strength, balance and coordination. Movement is introduced progressively, leading into short sequences that explore ideas of attack and escape, with exercises adapted to suit the abilities of the group.
