Classes are fully guided and adaptable, making them suitable for all experience and fitness levels.

No previous experience needed – just come ready to move and have a good time.
Please note:
Aerial Bungee is low impact on joints, but it is a high-energy class that includes repetitive squats and lower body work.
If you have knee, hip, or lower body concerns, please get in touch before booking to check if this class is suitable for you.
Supportive, closed-toe shoes are required.
