Supported by a bungee cord, you’ll explore simple dance-inspired movements that let you work hard while being kind to your joints.

Classes are fully guided and adaptable, making them suitable for all experience and fitness levels.

Expect a playful, uplifting session that builds strength, coordination, and cardio fitness while keeping things light, supported, and enjoyable.

No previous experience needed – just come ready to move and have a good time.

Based in Christchurch with her husband and 11-year-old daughter, Angela is the Owner and Head Instructor of BODYinMotion Studio. With a Bachelor of Dance from AUT and qualifications in yoga, aerial yoga, bungee fitness, and Pilates, she brings passion and expertise to every class. A senior instructor at City Fitness, Angela leads with energy, joy, and care, mentoring others along the way. Grounded in her values, she loves creating movement experiences that connect, uplift and inspire people of all abilities through dance, music and shared joy.
