Breaking Foundations (U12)

Presented by Common Ground Crew – some of the best breakers in the country, with two world championship titles under their belt.

Step into the world of breaking and build a strong foundation guided by champions. Our Breaking Foundations Programme is designed to give you the knowledge, technique and confidence you need to master the art of breaking — from your very first top rock to your cleanest freeze.

You’ll learn all the essential elements:
• Toprock – find your rhythm and style
• Footwork – build flow and precision
• Freezes – develop strength and control
• Powermoves – unlock dynamic movement and creativity

Each skill is taught through progressive levels of mastery, tracked with our exclusive badge system. As you advance, we’ll refine your form, technique and expression until every move feels second nature.

By the end of the programme, you won’t just know the foundations — you’ll have the tools to build your own temple and experience the true art and freedom of breaking.
