Curious about aerial but not sure where to begin? Aerial Yoga offers a gentle, low-impact introduction to aerial movement, blending slow, supported exercises with the grounding elements of traditional yoga.

No experience needed — it’s an ideal place to start your aerial journey.

Using an aerial hammock for support, this restorative class helps build strength and flexibility while releasing tension and encouraging ease in the body.

Each session includes a focused warm-up, a mix of familiar yoga shapes and gentle circus-inspired poses, and progresses toward a peak pose or short sequence, with options for all levels.

Classes finish with a relaxing hammock savasana, leaving you feeling calm, supported, and refreshed.

Requirements:

Please bring or wear leggings to protect your skin from the aerial apparatus and bring a long sleeve top to put on for certain aerial skills

Please make sure your clothes don’t have zips as they can damage our aerial fabrics
