Aerial – Mixed Apparatus – Open Level – Adult (16+)

This mixed aerial apparatus class is open to everyone – from absolute beginners to more experienced students.

It offers a supportive introduction to aerial circus while also providing space for more experienced movers to deepen skills, refine technique, or explore new apparatus.

You’ll work across trapeze, aerial hoop, silks, and hammock, with a strong focus on safe movement, confidence in the air, and solid technical foundations.

Classes are fully guided and carefully structured, with layered progressions so beginners can learn the basics – such as mounts, shapes, and transitions -while advanced students can build strength, complexity, and longer sequences.

Expect a fun, low-pressure environment that encourages exploration, body awareness, and working at your own pace. No prior aerial experience is required – all bodies and experience levels are welcome.
