Aerial Hoop & Trapeze – Open Level – Adult (16+)

This open-level trapeze and aerial hoop class welcomes everyone from first-time aerialists to those with more experience looking to refine their skills or return to strong foundations.

Classes focus on safe technique, confidence in the air, and adaptable progressions across both apparatus.

You’ll explore trapeze and aerial hoop (lyra) through fully guided, structured sessions, with options offered at multiple levels.

Beginners will be supported to learn mounts, basic shapes, and simple transitions, while more experienced students can work toward cleaner technique, strength development, longer sequences, and more complex skills.

Expect a supportive, low-pressure environment that encourages exploration, body awareness, and working at your own pace. Whether you’re new to aerials or deepening an existing practice, this class meets you where you’re at. No prior experience required – all bodies welcome.
