Aerial Foundations – All Apparatus (8-12 yrs)

This beginner-friendly aerials class invites young movers to explore the exciting world of circus arts in a safe, supportive, and playful environment.

Students will be introduced to four main aerial apparatuses—aerial hoop, trapeze, hammock and silks learning basic poses, simple sequences, and foundational techniques on each.

Alongside learning basic aerial techniques, the class emphasises teamwork, communication, and respect—for oneself, for others, and for the shared training space.

Students practice taking turns, supporting their peers, celebrating progress, and building confidence through cooperative activities and mindful movement.
