A welcoming aerial class for adults who are new to aerials or building strong foundations. Explore trapeze and aerial hoop through guided, progressive sessions that build confidence, strength, and body awareness in the air.

Expect a supportive and encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace, build strong aerial habits, and develop a solid foundation for future progression.

No prior experience required — all bodies welcome!

Requirements:

For participants aged 16+

Please bring or wear leggings to protect your skin from the aerial apparatus and bring a long sleeve top to put on for certain aerial skills

Wednesdays @ 5:45-6:45pm

Tyla Boyce

Tyla began exploring aerial arts in 2016, inspired by contortion and aerial silks. With a gymnastics background, she quickly advanced and has since explored many disciplines, including adagio, hula hoops, and a variety of aerial apparatuses. Her main focuses are lyra and aerial hammock, though she also enjoys sharing her skills on specialty apparatuses such as the aerial crescent. Tyla creates supportive, engaging classes where students of all abilities can build strength, confidence, and creativity, discovering the joy of aerial movement in a fun and inclusive environment.
